简　　介　
　　父母的早逝让艾莲（克里斯蒂娜·里奇 Christina Ricci 饰）和吉姆（杰西·艾森伯格 Jesse Eisenberg 饰）这对兄妹不得不早早过上了相依为命的困苦生活，可即便如此，他们两人之间糟糕的关系也没有半分改变。一次意外中，兄妹两出了车祸，所幸并无大碍，可接下去发生的事情就没有这么幸运了——他们被体型巨大的恶狼袭击了。
　　虽然受了伤，但艾莲和吉姆至少保住了性命，然而，自袭击事件发生那天起，一些两人无论如何都无法忽略的变化开始在他们的身上产生了，他们的感官变得异常灵敏，皮肤上长出了粗硬的毛发，性格也开始变幻无常，着所有的一切都指向了一个答案——艾莲和吉姆开始了向狼人的变异。
