简　　介　
　　小智（松本梨花 配音）带着皮卡丘（大谷育江 配音），和同伴们继续前行在冒险的旅途之中。路上，一行人遇见了带着神奇宝贝胡巴（钉宫理惠 配音）的少女麦亚丽（中川翔子 配音）。胡巴能够制造出神奇的时空圆环，带领大家在不同的地点来回穿梭。
　　地处沙漠腹地的城市迪赛鲁西坦到了，曾经，在这里发生过一场声势浩大的神奇宝贝战争，亦是因为这场战争，这里才成为了干涸少水的沙漠。在这里，麦亚丽和哥哥巴尔扎（藤原龙也 配音）汇合了，让大家没有想到的是，巴尔扎竟然得到了封印着可怕神奇怪手的瓶子。在误打误撞之中，封印被解开了，那个曾经终结过迪赛鲁西坦的可怕怪兽重见天日，而它的真实身份，竟然是超胡巴（山寺宏一 配音）。
