　　1989年美国新泽西，凶残变态的男人约翰（Dave Warden 戴夫?沃登 饰）残忍杀害了两名妙龄女孩。在此之后，他被关入某精神病院十多年时间。某日，约翰逃离精神病院，返回其老巢——名为“死亡之旅”的主题公园。从此恶魔返回人间，静候猎物到来。
