简　　介
　　俄罗斯黑手党领袖康斯坦丁（朗?普尔曼 Ron Perlman 饰）制作的一款名为“游戏”的电子游戏风靡了世界，也令他的势力进一步扩大，对康斯坦丁感到束手无策的俄警方选择向国际求助，于是曾经参加过国际警察大会的拉萨雷受邀前往莫斯科。因恐高症差点不能毕业的警校学生康纳斯和拉萨雷的固定班底：卡伦、泰克布雷、琼斯（Michael Winslow 饰）以及哈里上尉一同前往莫斯科，岂料甫一下飞机，拉萨雷就上错了车，消失于莫斯科的茫茫人海，其余的国际战士们只得自行完成任务。哈里运用种种监控设备探听康斯坦丁的消息却被霉运缠身，康纳斯则深深迷恋俄方派来的翻译美女。另一方面，康斯坦丁计划在新版游戏中加入黑客程序以牟取暴利，卡伦和康纳斯各展所长，接近康斯坦丁找到了后者的犯罪证据……
