　　一个名叫莉兹（索拉·伯奇 Thora Birch 饰）的女孩刚刚经历了人生中最可怕的一段时光，在心理学家菲丽帕（艾伯丝·戴维兹 Embeth Davidtz 饰）的循循善诱下，她终于决定将她的经历公诸于众。在莉兹、麦克（戴斯蒙德·哈灵顿 Desmond Harrington 饰）和马丁（Daniel Brocklebank 饰）这一女两男之间，存在着一段复杂的三角关系，莉兹迷恋麦克，马丁则对莉兹穷追不舍。在一个偶然发现的地下堡垒中，麦克和朋友们决定开一个为期三天的秘密派对，莉兹也加入到了其中。
