简　　介
　　特纳（哈莉·贝瑞 Halle Berry 饰）是一名911报案中心的接线员，一天她接到一个小女孩的电话，声称有陌生人闯入家中，特纳随即让她躲起来，然而此时通话突然断线，特纳焦急地回拨，不料却因此暴露了女孩的躲藏地，令其不幸被入侵者杀害。从此特纳陷入愧疚的深渊，无法再担任接线员的工作。半年后，特纳当了一名接线员导师。这天，一个新手接到一通报案电话，另一端的女孩凯西（阿比盖尔·布蕾斯琳 Abigail Breslin 饰）被绑匪困在汽车后备箱中，情况十分危急。经过侦查，特纳竟然发现歹徒就是当年杀死那个小女孩的凶手，出于愤慨和赎罪，她立即下定决心要亲自将歹徒捉拿归案。一场惊心动魄的电话缉凶即将展开，然而令众人意想不到的是，一个隐藏多年的秘密也渐渐浮出水面……
