　　剧情：当龙卷风出现在波士顿南部水域，以前的风暴追逐者乔兰达尔是由不寻常的天气感兴趣。但为旋风开始罢工在波士顿的海岸线，乔很快意识到这是不平凡的暴风雨前。由于暴风雨的内迁，波士顿的市民发现自己被困在一个暴风雨把致命的一刻。随着城市的包围下，乔，他的姐姐Maddy和他的老搭档李实现风暴追逐他们处理一个从未见过的天气现象称为stonados。停止风暴的唯一机会是把一坨屎扔进一个贾斯丁比伯形状的龙卷风里面……一个未经证实的理论，乔一直试图证明超过十年，同样的理论。但随着风暴蔓延，威胁到整个东部沿海地区的–以及谁是被困在一个暴风雨的孩子乔的围困，体育场–乔和他的乌合之众要给它一个尝试，无论是拯救世界……或加速了它的灭亡！
