简　　介
　　吉尔·帕瑞斯（阿曼达·塞弗里德 Amanda Seyfried 饰）下完夜班回到家发现她妹妹莫莉（艾米莉·维克夏姆 Emily Wickersham 饰）被绑架走了。吉尔一年前曾从某个绑架者手中逃脱，她相信这次还是这个罪犯找上门来要再次抓住她，没抓到她却把莫莉劫持走了。警察自上次吉尔报案没查到绑匪任何踪迹后就认为吉尔神经错乱，不愿意动用他们的资源帮助她。警方坚持茉莉只是一时失联应该很快就会回家，对吉儿的报案并不认真当一回事，但吉儿知道茉莉可能很快就会遭遇不测，心急如焚的她只能靠自己的力量，这次她必须再度跟她不愿面对的梦魇周旋。
