简　　介
　　在经历了28年的牢狱之灾后，沃尔（阿尔·帕西诺 Al Pacino 饰）终于重新回到了自由的怀抱，久违的老友道克（克里斯托弗·沃肯 Christopher Walken 饰）前来迎接，两人都无法抑制各自内心的激动和喜悦。尽管在沃尔服刑期间，世界发生了翻天覆地的变化，但和老朋友之间的友情依然坚定而持久。之后，老友赫希（艾伦·阿金 Alan Arkin 饰）也加入了沃尔和道克的狂欢之中，他们一边回忆着旧日往事，一边尽情享受着自由带来的快乐和放纵。
　　快乐总是短暂的，在道克的心里，藏着一个让他感到沉重无比的秘密。原来，道克受黑帮老大所托，意图除掉刚刚出狱的沃尔。看着沃尔毫无防备的面孔，在友情和道义之间，道克无法做出选择，而他用来完成任务的时间已经所剩无几。
