简　　介
　　凯尔·普拉特(茱迪·福斯特饰)的丈夫坠楼身亡，满心创痛的她只想尽快带着6岁的女儿赶回温暖的家，登上从柏林飞往纽约的飞机。然而飞机起飞后女儿不翼而飞。所有的证据都证明她的女儿没有登机，所有的人都怀疑凯尔的神经有问题，但是作为一个母亲，她深信不疑自己的女儿就在这架飞机上，并 且誓要把莫名失踪的女儿找回来。凯尔是飞机的设计者，对于飞机的每一个内部构造都了然于心，带领观众揭开飞机每一个构造的时候，也纷纷揭开了一个惊天的阴谋。最终飞机爆炸，紧急迫降。当被疏散的乘客和机组人员看见飞机上走下抱着女儿的凯尔时，对母亲的决心和信心涤荡起从心而起的尊敬。
