简　　介
　　法国南部某城市，一男子在街巷间躲避一群壮汉的追逐，抢夺了一辆摩托小货车的男子慌不择路，与一辆轿车相撞后身死……经手此案的警员索伯斯坦（Jean-Hugues Anglade  饰）找到自己昔日战友阿雷·莫洛（尚格·云顿 Jean-Claude Van Damme 饰），因为后者的长相和死去的男子一模一样，死者有一个俄国名字米哈伊·苏洛瓦夫。莫洛得知自己本有一名双胞胎弟弟，后被贫病中的母亲送给某律师找人收养。
　　莫洛与搭档奔赴法国，却发现律师本人刚被枪杀，莫洛决定沿着米哈伊遗留下来的护照跟机票，前往纽约调查。莫洛在一位出租车司机的帮助下，找到了关键字“波西米亚”的含义——一家和美国俄裔黑帮联系密切的夜总会，而“亚历克斯”则是指夜总会内的一名艳丽女郎（Natasha Henstridge 饰），由此开始，莫洛逐渐进入到美国俄裔黑帮的世界中去……
