　　一群来自世界各地的年轻人组队去海边冲浪，他们意外的发现了一个古老的手工制品――Mamba，这是一个古代的棋盘游戏，是用在西班牙宗教裁判所时期处死的一个女巫的皮肤和骨头所制成的。晚上的狂欢派对之后，他们决定拿出这个棋盘来玩一下。游戏非常有趣，但是后来他们突然发现棋盘上刻满了永世诅咒的字眼，而死亡将是最终的结局。无论逃到哪里都躲不掉，于是他们一个接着一个，按着游戏所昭示的诅咒，恐怖的死去……
