简　　介
　　小酒吧老板天民（古天乐 饰）把醉酒女孩小云（佟丽娅 饰）送回家时云见到男友George（谢天华 饰）竟拼命挣扎，哀求天民带走她。无奈天民只得将其送往干妈家中休息。翌日，小云请求天民和其弟少聪（余文乐 饰）帮忙向George取回证件欲离开香港，两人答应帮忙，期间却遭黑帮（张孝全 饰）埋伏，三人只好一同逃命。
　　事发之后，天民酒吧被黑帮骚扰、少聪的士也被恶意破坏，两人无可奈何，更不知道自己已被卷入涉及巨额黑金的斗争之中，只能奋力一战……
