简　　介
　　某飞机失事后109名乘客仅数名幸存。心理医生克莱尔（安妮?海瑟薇Anne Hathaway 饰）被导师派去对幸存者进行心理治疗，却发现自己渐渐爱上幸存者之一，前证券公司副总裁艾瑞克（帕特里克?威尔森 Patrick Wilson 饰）。与此同时，克莱尔发现诊所外经常有人监视，自己被跟梢，病人神秘失踪，甚至航空公司职员也来威胁她不要多管闲事，这令克莱尔怀疑航空公司为掩盖机械故障的事实，故意用操作失误来掩人耳目避免调查，进而对察觉真相的幸存乘客施以毒手。随着克莱尔与艾瑞克感情的深入，病人竟变得越来越少，克莱尔与姐姐一家也失去联络，甚至就连她的自身安全也面临威胁……
