　　弗莱迪（史蒂夫·马丁 Steve Martin 饰）和劳伦斯（迈克尔·凯恩 Michael Caine 饰）是两个在“江湖”上漂泊了多年的花花公子，他们的目标是寂寞多金的单身女子，靠欺骗她们的感情从中获利。从某种意义上来说，弗莱迪和劳伦斯也算是老同行了，因此，他们之间的明争暗斗也从未停息。
