简　　介
　　美国一个小镇宾州，大部分镇民是在一家汽车零件装配工厂上班，整个镇的繁荣富裕维系于此。然而经济不景气，使得该工厂就要关门大吉。史帝文生是这家工厂的员工，为了自己、为了全镇，他跳出来去游说一家日本的汽车公司，买下工厂，好保留大家的饭碗。
