简　　介
　　卧底探员杰克·罗尼克（Ethan Hawke 饰）为执行任务期间两位搭档的身亡而自责，于是调离了原岗担任13号警署的警长，心理医师艾丽科斯定期为他辅导，但杰克用玩世不恭的态度掩饰苦闷。新年夜里，大雪骤降，13号警署只有杰克、老警员贾斯帕和秘书爱丽丝三人值班，新近落网的黑帮头目毕绍普（Laurence Fishburne 饰）与另外三名罪犯正在押解的途中，由于大雪封路，押解车拐入13号警署暂歇，艾丽科斯也不得不滞留警署。两名押解警加入了庆祝新年的小型聚会，突然之间形势急转直下，押解警中弹身亡，数十名武装人员包围了13号警署并切断了杰克等人与外界的联系，杰克从入侵者的身上搜出警员证件，发现对方是长期与毕绍普合作的警队败类，现在为防止事情败露欲杀人灭口，杰克只好借助四名犯人的力量，和全副武装的警队败类们展开连番激战。
　　本片翻拍自1976年由卡朋特指导的同名影片，获2005年加拿大导演协会最佳音效剪辑奖。
