简　　介
　　19世纪上半叶，后来在美国历史上留下重要足迹的亚伯拉罕·林肯（本杰明·沃克 Benjamin Walker 饰）还只是一个背负着杀母仇恨的年轻人。在一个充满不祥气息的夜晚，他举枪刺杀了仇人，但已经遭受了致命伤的仇家却凶恶反扑。关键时刻，林肯被名叫亨利·斯特吉斯（多米尼克· 库伯 Dominic Cooper 饰）的男人所救。从亨利口中得知，他险些被变成吸血鬼的仇家杀害。经过一番艰苦特训，林肯成为吸血鬼猎人。正值此时，吸血鬼业已蔓延整个美国南部，并渐次向北方推进。
