简　　介
　　作曲家李察（凯文·克莱恩饰）与太太（玛丽·伊丽莎白·马斯特兰托尼奥饰）本来婚姻美满，后来隔壁搬来新邻居艾迪(凯文·史派西饰)，两对夫妻很快成为好友。没想到艾迪布下美人局，利用太太诱惑李察，使他半夜溜入邻居家跟床上的金发美女发生关系，不料第二天艾迪的太太横尸床上，所有的证据都指向李察。在保险公司的私家侦探追查下，发现此事牵涉到一笔巨大的保险金诈领案。

　　以导演艾伦·J·帕库拉的过往成绩来看，本片剧情在逻辑推演上算是比较粗枝大叶，以致未能营造出扣人心弦的惊险气氛，不过凯文·史派西饰演工于心计的坏蛋十分精彩。
