简　　介　
       Hoppy先生（Dustin Hoffman饰）的退休生活表面上挺平淡的，就是照料照料阳台上的花园，从家里闲逛到商店再逛回家。不过这些平静的表面下，他激情似火而又无可救药地暗恋    上了楼下邻居Silver太太（Judi Dench饰）。
       他们的初见是在拥挤的电梯里。那时，他就完全被她的开朗和热情迷住了，不过这一点他总是忘记告诉她，尽管他们经常站在各自的阳台上作为邻居互相聊天。
