CHOI Ik-ho（李政宰饰）是终极格斗冠军赛新手，一日哥哥忽然失踪，疑因一起冤假错案被警方盯上，警方又认定Ik-ho有谋杀的嫌疑后逮捕了他。
　　Ik-ho接到了一通陌生电话，来电者Ace（申河均饰）是一家非法赌博场的经理，用高科技和闭路电视搭建了他的“GAME”，可捕捉到他的棋子们任何小的动作。GAME的特别之处在于他所用的棋子都是真人。正是绑架了Ik-ho的哥哥，以此胁迫Ik-ho成为他们新的棋子。
　　Ik-ho被要求和Su-kyung（BoA饰）接触，为救出哥哥而服从她的指挥。他需要在巨大的足球场找到哥哥的位置，而脚踝绑上的定式炸弹时刻在倒数，Ik-ho的闯关和逼近，让Ace也只得孤注一掷。在两个绝望的男人中间，顶级较量一触即发。
