post-war Korea, the government decides to dispatch troops to Vietnam in an attempt to rebuild the country’s devastated economy. A genius sculptor and renowned figure in the art scene of the day is diagnosed with a progressive disorder that eventually leads to total paralysis of the body. In despair, he abandons work and loses the meaning of life. His wife, who cannot bear seeing him suffer day after day, goes on a search for a model to inspire him back to work. 《春天》主演朴埇佑、金瑞亨、李宥英以及剧组工作人员出席了米兰国际电影节，该片以上世纪60年代
末越南战争为时代背景，描写了身患绝症得的雕刻家俊久（朴埇佑饰）身体渐渐开始麻痹，也丧失了生
活的希望。而他的妻子贞淑（金瑞亨饰）为了能帮助他重新召回灵感，带回了一个神秘的女模特敏静（
李宥英饰），她在暴力和贫穷的折磨下抚养两个孩子，一直忘记了自己的存在，而现在通过做模特又重
新找到希望。由曾执导电影《26年》的导演赵根贤执导，曾在光州国际电影节时被选为开幕影片。
