简　　介
　　清雍正年间，朝廷对汉人极尽歧视，实行残酷统治，江南文人查嗣亭、吕留良、汪谨琪秉于正义、着文立论、攻击暴政。雍正震怒，乃大兴文字狱，将查等满门抄斩，汉民群起激愤，势如江河。雍正遂命御前侍卫辛康（谷峰）制作血滴子，实行血腥镇压，密令其组织血滴子特务团；成员包括马腾（陈观泰）、许双昆（韦弘）、谢天富（汪禹）等十二人。在连续几次暗杀行动后，谢发现遭杀者均为无辜义士，对此甚有微言，是夜他与雍赐予的宫女婉珠，即被辛康、许双昆所杀。此后，马亦不甘为杀人工具，趁夜溜潜出京。后来，马匿深山务农为生，娶村女玉贞（刘午琪），但雍正并未放松追捕……

The Emperor‘s armies have developed a new weapon: a thrown blade that can remove someone‘s head from long distance. As the paranoid Emperor begins decapitating anyone he fears might be a threat, his guard Mau Tang becomes disillusioned with the excesses of his master.
