简     介
　　明朝末年，朝政腐败，奸臣当道，外族后金乘机崛起，战争一触即发。
　　在西北边境，饥荒连绵，魔教妖女玉罗刹为救灾民，与拘杀灾民的官兵厮杀，却被官员嫁祸成杀害总督卓仲廉之凶手，霎时间玉罗刹（范冰冰 饰）及其魔教变成通缉目标。
　　另一方面，名门武当派紫阳道长推举弟子卓一航（黄晓明 饰）为新任掌门，并带红丸入京进贡圣上。皇帝吃红丸后一命呜呼，朝廷锦衣卫全力捉拿卓一航。
　　此时，卓已经离京到达西北，一次偶然救助饥民时见识玉罗刹狠辣的手段，两人不打不相识。卓跟从玉回到明月寨，这个被外面官员称之为“魔窟”的地方，其实是世外桃源，卓见识玉的处事魅力及侠义精神，两人情难自禁坠入爱河，更互许终身。
　　锦衣卫攻入明月寨捉拿卓一航，同事揭发玉罗刹乃杀害卓仲廉——即卓一航爷爷之凶手，卓心痛离开后被扔进大牢，紫阳道长为保卓跳崖自尽。卓继而脱离武当，投靠奸党，娶奸臣之女。玉收到消息大闹新房，执剑向卓心脏刺去……一夜间，玉之黑发被白色无情吞噬……
