【影片简介】：        1951年美国的一个小镇上，高中生Sonny（蒂姆斯·伯特姆斯 Timothy Bottoms 饰）和好友Duane（杰夫·布里吉斯 Jeff Bridges 饰）经常带着各自的女友到电影院看电影。Sonny和他的女友Charlene并不相爱，在他们的周年纪念日分手了；而Duane则和漂亮的Jacy（斯碧尔·谢波德 Cybill Shepherd 饰）非常恩爱，虽然这段恋情并不得到Jacy父母的认同。Sonny是高中篮球队队员，一天，教练让他载着教练的妻子去诊所看病，教练的妻子Ruth在Sonny面前哭了。小镇的圣诞派对上，Jacy看见Duane和他老板的妻子十分亲密，一怒之下答应了和另一个男生Lester去参加另一个派对。而Sonny则和他教练的妻子Ruth情愫暗生，两人开始了一段不伦之恋。Sonny和Duane开着车去墨西哥旅行回来，发现镇上的一个大人物狮子Sam去世了，把他所拥有的桌球室留给了Sonny。镇上的一切，似乎都在悄悄地发生改变.....
