　　 修车厂小弟在槟城邂逅美容中心的小妹，双方都要面子，一个假扮富可敌国的名流公子，另一个则伪装名门望族的千金小姐，双方周旋了一阵之后拆穿了西洋镜，引来连串爱情风波。
幕后制作：
导演王晶早在80年代初期所拍摄多部电影均不太理想。1983年以“泡妞”为主要剧情的喜剧片《花心大少》成为了王晶电影事业的转折点，亦为王晶式喜剧路线奠定了基础。1987年由周润发担纲主演的《精装追女仔》延续《花心大少》的戏路，片中戏谑了当时最红的电影《英雄本色》，结果因投合观众口味而票房大卖。这部电影开创出“追女仔”喜剧电影类型，使得王晶成为了当时香港喜剧电影的领军人物，却也从此被扣上了“低俗电影导演”的帽子。王晶在其后继续拍摄了一系列“追女仔”类型的电影，均获得了不俗的票房成绩。
