简　　介　
　　1996年的洛杉矶有一个不按常规办案的“毁灭者”约翰·斯帕里，为捉拿绰号“铁凤凰”的凶犯，赔了三十多条人命，因此被判刑冰冻七十年，而“铁凤凰”则被判终生冰冻。
　　到了2032年，在一次例行检查中，“铁凤凰”解冻逃脱，警方只好将“毁灭者”提前解冻，让他缉拿案犯归监。不过，36年过去，城里的一切都已大变样，就是警匪之间的游戏规则也已不同；而他们二人却仍像过去一样横冲直撞，搅得天翻地覆……
