◎简　　介
　　　　康熙帝（井淼 饰）知道自己离世的日子已经不远，因此决定将皇位传给十四太子（莫少聪 饰）。然而，十四太子却突然遭到神秘蒙面杀手的袭击，幸好得到亲信曾静（徐少强 饰）的救助才幸免于难。 原来，四太子早就对皇位心生妄念，他派人暗杀了自己的胞弟十四太子。然而，四太子的计划失败后，他试图收买曾静，但未成功。于是，他四处寻找有才干的人才，最终找到了文武双全的年羹尧（白彪 饰），并诱使了反清文人吕留良（谷峰 饰）及其侄女吕四娘（刘雪华 饰）等人加入他的阵营。四太子假装承诺如果帮助他登上皇位，就会履行"满汉一家"的协议，以此拉拢年羹尧等人的支持。这场政治博弈中，各方势力争相角逐，暗流涌动。权谋与阴谋交织在一起，每个人都为了自己的利益而不断斗争。
