　　身患葛雷克氏症的白钟宇（金明民 Myeong-min Kim 饰）在母亲葬礼那天遇上了童年的伙伴，现在从事入殓的智秀（河智苑 Ji-won Ha 饰）。智秀两次婚姻都因为她所从事的殡葬职业而已失败告终，而钟宇的一番深情告白让对感情心冷的智秀重新燃烧起爱的火花。虽然他们每次约会的地方都在医院，甚至连婚礼都是异常朴素，但二人的感情却日久弥新。然而命运不会为此发生转折，钟宇所患的这种病症在医学上无法治愈，他的生命注定会随着身体的麻痹逐渐走向死亡。渐渐的，钟宇的肌肉开始萎缩，全身变得麻痹僵硬，脾气也因为病症带给他身心的痛苦而日益古怪。为了不拖累智秀终日为了医药费而辛苦奔波工作，他通过各种方式逼迫智秀离开自己，而智秀却坚信爱就是要全部燃烧，直到钟宇离世始终陪伴着他…该片获得了第30届青龙电影奖最佳人气奖，最佳女主角奖，最佳男主演奖，第46届百想艺术大赏电影部门最佳女主角。
