　　女主人公和男友，以及另一对情侣在林中野营的时候，被外星人绑架到飞船上。在飞船上他们见到了山洞一样的巢穴，也见到神秘灯光的长廊，最终四人被面目狰狞的外星人放倒，女主人公昏迷前看到的是大家的腹部被掏开，外星人在很残忍的扯拽……
　　醒来后，她处于一个军队的医疗中心里，她被告知这里的人都被绑架过。而她所观察和看到的——这里更像是一所精神病院。许多人的头上都有巨大的似乎被打开过头骨的伤痕。麻木或者疯狂怪异的病人们，以及凶恶的护士……
　　让她震惊的是：她的男友和两个朋友也在这里，同样处于癫狂和痴呆的状态。 　　事实上，这里甚至还养着一个外星人，在被研究的同时受着牲畜一样的虐待。中心的负责人怀疑，这些被绑架过的人已经不是正常的人类，有可能已经成为外星人的间谍。所以她毫无怜悯的对待这些被研究者，哪怕各类惨无人道的研究手段……
　　如何搞明白自己的处境，并且脱离这可怕的地方，女主人公开始了无力但是坚韧的反抗……
