　　艾米·金森(Caitlin O'Heaney饰)正在准备婚礼。不幸的是，她的未婚夫雷·卡尔顿(Tom Rolfing饰)是一个不折不扣的变态杀手，他屡次杀死新娘。几年前，卡尔顿在新婚之夜杀死了自己的新娘后逃走，被侦探Len Gamble (Lewis Arlt饰)追缉。现在，他准备设计再次杀死自己新娘的计划，目标正是艾米。艾米察觉到自己似乎被盯梢，于是请来自己的许多朋友壮胆，包括前男友，古怪的陈尸所护理员马文 (Don Scardino饰)；Len Gamble寻觅着新娘杀手的痕迹，一路追来。婚礼上，众人一个接一个地冒犯了卡尔顿，但他并未因此而改变计划。当卡尔顿举刀砍向艾米时，Len Gamble及时出现，阻止了卡尔顿，二人随即陷入一片混战。最终，Len Gamble和随后赶来的马文制服了卡尔顿，艾米逃过一劫。
