　　热衷于观察星空的日本青年弓削大辅（山田孝之 饰），在夏威夷盘桓期间干着兼职导游的工作。利用工作之便，这个花花心肠的男子恣意游走花丛，乐在其中。某天，他在一家餐厅邂逅了美丽女孩藤岛瑠依（长泽雅美 饰）。瑠依专注的样子令大辅分外痴迷，当再次见面时他鼓起勇气上前搭讪。对于这位情场老手来说，一切进展得顺风顺水。可是次日见面时，瑠依却对大辅冷眼相对。原来，这个女孩十年前曾遭遇一场车祸，导致她无法保有当下的记忆，永远活在车祸前的那一天。固执而不认输的大辅对女孩展开了执着的追求，他百折不挠，屡败屡战。他不希望只是拥有当下的激情，而是希望可以和心中的爱人走到永远……
