　　佩特（韦斯利·斯奈普斯 Wesley Snipes 饰）是一名身强体壮精明强干的美国特种兵，某日，他接到了来自上级的命令，声称恐怖分子在俄国核电站里设置了炸弹，企图炸掉核反应堆，对世界造成了严重的核威胁。而佩特所要做的，就是赶在恐怖分子之前点燃炸药。
