　　继二战后，有着犹太奥运会之称的欧洲马卡比运动会于2015年夏季首次在德国举行。在过去，由德国举办这项赛事是人们完全不敢想象的，而举办场馆正是希特勒为1936年柏林奥运会打造的柏林森林剧场。这次意义重大的赛事将进行火炬护送仪式，让摩托车骑手从以色列的特拉维夫出发，护送火炬到柏林的开幕式。这次火炬传送仪式致敬历史，在现代具有空前的意义。从1930年到1931年， 马卡比运动会派出骑手，从当时的英属巴勒斯坦托管地出发，前往欧洲和美洲各个地方，寻找犹太运动员参加1932年在特拉维夫举办的首届马卡比运动会，这可以称作史上最具创造性的公关活动之一。在2015年，骑手将继续跟随历史足迹，但这次将绕道经过德国的奥斯威辛……
