简　　介　
　　原朝鲜侦察总局特工严铁雨(郑雨盛 饰)受到征召前去位于朝韩边境的开城工业园区刺杀意图政变的朝鲜高官，不料却在开城遇袭，迫使他带着重伤昏迷的朝鲜最高领导人逃往韩国，局势突变，朝鲜半岛站在了核战争的边缘，中美日皆卷入乱局，他只能与韩国外交安全首席秘书郭哲宇(郭度沅 饰)合作，将半岛从核战边缘拉回
