简　　介　
　　该影片讲述的是关于Jimmy Kleen（大卫.艾奎特饰）作为一个摇滚乐队的领队，在与Rick Roland(Luke Wilson饰）处理一件轶事的记录。。乐队主唱Richal与母亲发生争执的过沉重，不幸被闪电击中，母亲身亡，Richal 则被他死去的母亲的灵魂以及一种奇怪的电力量所控制。在这种力量的帮助下，乐队起死回生并开始小有名气。但乐队成员逐渐发现，成功背后是Richal利用她的神奇的电力量杀死异性，吸收能量并将此化为激动人心的表演。Rick  Roland 与Jimmy 必须决定是否要阻止Richal以及是否愿意为这种成功买单？
