简　　介
　　所谓“爱国者日”是指每年4月19日——美国的部分州为纪念独立战争而设立的纪念日，波士顿马拉松比赛就是为庆祝这个节日而举办的。
　　2013年4月15日下午，在美国马萨诸塞州波士顿科普里广场的117届波士顿马拉松终点附近，突然发生爆炸，造成3人死亡，上百人受伤。这三名遇难者分别是23岁来自中国辽宁沈阳的波士顿大学研究生吕令子、8岁本地男孩马丁·理查德（Martin Richard）和29岁餐厅经理克里斯尔·坎贝尔（Krystle Campbell）。
　　随后警方根据目击者描述和监控录像，迅速锁定该恐怖袭击的嫌犯为26岁的塔米尔南·沙尼耶夫（Tamerlan Tsarnaev）和19岁的乔卡·沙尼耶夫（Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev）兄弟，他俩于十年前从车臣来到美国定居。在追捕过程中哥哥塔米尔南·沙尼耶夫被警方击中后不治身亡，弟弟乔卡·沙尼耶夫则在同一天（4月19日）在一所一民宅后停放的小船里被警方抓获。
　　《爱国者日》计划今年秋季在波士顿开机，J·K·西蒙斯和马克·沃尔伯格将饰演两名参与追捕的波士顿警察。
