　　憨厚的快乐大脚企鹅大叔生气了，那可真是大事件。
　　有人认为世界上只有好人，相反有的人却认为只有坏人。独自与女儿生活在一起的父亲（李文植饰），平日里在工厂里当苦力，是个老实巴交的人。虽然每天都为填饱肚子而发愁，但他却也乐知天命。女儿是个可爱活泼的孩子，对爸爸送给自己的企鹅娃娃一直爱不释手。突然，女儿得了重病，需要做手术，决心“要像企鹅爸爸那样守护女儿生命”的父亲开始筹划抢劫银行的行动。表面上正义凛然的警察勇（白允植饰）背地里贪污受贿，得到有人要抢劫银行的线报表面上赶紧到处奔跑去搜集线索破案，其实却是也想从中捞一笔钱。复杂的利害关系，有各自心眼的父亲和勇相遇了，他们的目标只有一个——获得巨款，故事的结局将会怎样？
