一个富有的老头死了，他的几个亲戚高兴地接到这个消息而聚到一起，从律师播放的录像里听听老头会给他们留多少遗产。结果老头在录像当中把他们极尽嘲讽了一番之后告诉他们自己所有的钱都会留给一个从未谋面的、从未向自己借过钱远房的亲戚，他们这帮人别想得他一个子儿。大失所望的几个人顿时倾巢出动，八仙过海各出奇招，只为了把那幸运的家伙干掉。 而那个“幸运”的家伙，正在艰难谋生中——遭遇房东停水停电，找工作被骗，上门推销见不得人只能从阳台溜走，穿着旱冰鞋满街跑，因为帮小孩砸坏了店家玻璃窗，欠下酒吧老板三千块，同时也被剥夺了赊啤酒喝的资格…… 几个坏家伙各有办法，大兵直接就往屋里扔手榴弹、老夫人及其暧昧仆人是潜入家中帮他修好水龙头想在他洗澡时电死他，小胡子则是亡命追杀……喜剧迭出，效果暴好……最终坏人都死掉了。 幸运儿高兴地坐在了录象机前，接受这位陌生的亲戚送给自己的天大的财富。律师让他签一份文件，他不加思索地签了。律师狂笑，掏出手枪要把他干掉，因为他签的文件里声明将把遗产赠给律师。他一阵逃，逃到屋顶上，最后在挣扎扭打中律师失足掉落，虽然他出力救援，却只抓住了裤子而已，最后的画面是弹性不错的背带裤把他挂在屋檐顶上，一上，一下……General
